My last post was so boring and geeky that i thought i would just say that I'm actually very happy. Gilly and I now have a wee allotment and we planted broad beans at the weekend. David and Jean are going to give us Jerusalem artichokes to plant as well which should be nice. (they lent us a great book on self sufficiency)Cal and I were out working on the studio at the weekend and clad one of the doors with Larch its quite beautiful if i do say so myself. In other news G and i may have found a house on Skye which I am super duper stoked about. We did a bit of drawing last night designing the plan and it would be amazing. The Drawing above was part of my thesis project and was a design for a house on Skye for us so it would be incredible if it actually happened. Anyway happy happy. Listening to Don Caballero at work and drinking tea made with fresh mint leaves. The mint leaves are incidentally a left over from Cals incredible meat balls with lime and chili and that which he cooked us last night. It was d d d d d lish.- Giles Wormley Hogg ism
